I’m Gretchen Spetz, MS, RDN, LD, IFNCP, a weight loss dietitian passionate about helping YOU find confidence, peace, and freedom with food.
My own weight loss has been...a journey! During COVID, I struggled with weight gain, undiagnosed hypothyroidism, insulin resistance, gut issues, and the stress of being a working mom with littles. Despite doing all the “right” things, exercise, portion control, clean eating—I was stuck in weight loss resistance.
The turning point? Finding the right root-cause care, using GLP-1 medication for a season, prioritizing protein + fiber, strength training, and nervous system support. I lost 20 lbs, healed my metabolism and gut, and most importantly, regained my confidence.
Now, I empower people to lose weight in a way that actually works with their physiology (not against it) and supports long-term health.
